Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SutraPath, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.

Use of Service

SutraPath provides an online platform for learning and studying Patanjali's Yoga Sutras. By using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Respect the intellectual property rights of SutraPath and other users

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Subscription and Payment

Some parts of the service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. At the end of each billing period, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it or we cancel it.

We offer a free trial period to new users. At any time and without notice, we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial offer.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.

Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team at reach@sutrapath.com to request a refund.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SutraPath and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any of the content without our express written permission.

User Content

Our service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, or material. You retain your rights to any content you submit, post or display on or through the service. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the service.

You are responsible for the content you post and agree not to post any content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of others.

Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the service for any purpose other than that for which we make the service available. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Attempting to bypass any security features
• Harassing, intimidating, or threatening other users
• Uploading viruses or malicious code
• Collecting user information without consent
• Using the service for commercial purposes without authorization

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service or contact us to delete your account.

In no event shall SutraPath, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

Disclaimer

Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We make no warranty regarding the quality, accuracy, or reliability of any content obtained through the service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
